Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar. E-tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms/contractors (C6 & above / CE-01, CE-09, CE-10) with valid FY 2025-26 registration and NTN/PNTN. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk).
Key requirements and dates: Earnest money (5% of estimated cost) must be provided as CDR in favor of Executive Engineer PHE Division Bahawalnagar and uploaded to the e-procurement website up to one hour before the opening time. A pre-bid meeting for clarifications will be held on 2026-06-11 at 10:00 AM at the office of Executive Engineer PHE Department near Pull Fordwah Canal, Bahawalnagar. Bids will be retrieved and opened on 2026-06-23 at 01:00 PM at the office of Director Development & Finance, Bahawalpur Division; the successful bidder will be announced the same day at 02:00 PM. Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA rule 56. Contractors submitting false documents will be disqualified and may be blacklisted.
