Municipal Corporation Sargodha Tender — Rehabilitation/Patch Work on Sabzi Mandi, Railway & Furniture Market Roads

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation (MC), Sargodha. Procurement type: E-Tendering via Punjab e-Procurement (Punjab PPRA) under applicable PPRA rules.

Scope: Single civil works package for rehabilitation and patch repairs on city roads in Sargodha. Interested contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes valid for FY 2025-26 and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal may participate.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Registration on Punjab PPRA website (www.punjabprocure.gov.pk) is mandatory.
• Earnest money: 5% of the estimated/bid cost in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation, Sargodha. Electronic upload of bid documents and earnest money is required on the e-procurement portal; original CDR must be submitted to the office one hour before tender opening on the same day, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
• Submission through the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal only. Incomplete or blank DNIT/BOQ pages, missing rate analysis, or blank financial documents will be declared non-responsive.
• Any submission of fake documents (including CDR/receipts) will result in disqualification, blacklisting and notification to PPRA.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.

Tender opening: All uploaded bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders on 2026-06-22 at 02:00 PM. Original CDRs must be presented one hour before opening.
