Municipal Corporation Sargodha E-Tender Notice for Framework Contracts FY 2026-27

Issuer: Municipal Corporation, Sargodha. E-tenders are invited for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. Contractors/engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes valid for FY 2026-27 may participate through the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Registration and submission: Interested firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) and follow e-tendering procedures. Bids will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Contractors must upload their financial bids and quote rates against each DNIT/BOQ entry as required by the procuring agency.

Deadlines and opening: Contractors can upload their rates before 24-10-2026 at 1:30 PM. After uploading, bidders may attend the office on 26-10-2026 at 2:00 PM where bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.

Conditions: Item rates quoted must remain valid until 2027-06-30. No escalation, price adjustment, or price variation will be admissible during the contract period. Submission of fake information or forged documents (e.g., COR/receipt) will result in disqualification, blacklisting, and recommendation to PPRA and PEC for appropriate action. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
