Pakistan Sports Board Tender — Supply & Fixing Visitor Chairs at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites bids through the e-procurement system (EPADS) from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the project listed below. Tender documents are available for download at http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on PSB (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted via EPADS; manual bids will not be entertained.

Key requirements & instructions:

- Firms must meet the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents and be registered with PEC valid up to 30 June 2026.
- Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm listed on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) along with a bank statement.
- Submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; the original must be delivered to the undersigned before the closing date and time or the bid will be considered non-responsive.
- One hard copy of the Technical Proposal (financial proposal excluded) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
