PIA Invitation to Bids for Annual Procurement (Closing 2026-07-01)

Pakistan International Airlines (the National Flag Carrier) invites sealed tenders on a Single Stage Two-Envelope basis for annual procurement of the items listed below. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and specifications are available on the PIA website and the e-procure (E-PADS) web portal.

Key Submission and Eligibility Information:

- Bids must be submitted electronically ONLY through EPADS v2.0 / PPRA web portal. Manual submission without EPADS electronic submission is not allowed.

- Bidders must register on the E-PADS portal to access tender documents and submit bids. For registration or technical assistance contact Mr. Rizwan Mehmood, Director MIS (Room No. 109, 1st Floor, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad) or Helpline: 051-111-137-327.

- Original Bid Security / Earnest Money Instrument MUST be attached with the Technical Proposal and the reference / Payment Order copy may be submitted through EPADS online submission as well, before Tender Closing Date & Time.

- Bidding documents and details are available free of cost on PIA website and eprocure portal. Bidders are responsible to download all required documents and follow EPADS submission procedures.
