Tender: Group Health Insurance for Punjab Education Foundation Employees (FY 2026-27)

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump-sum contract basis for Group Health Insurance for PEF employees for FY 2026-27. Tender No: PEF/PROC/HR/2026-27/48. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax) and registered on E-PADS under PPR-1/44 Rule 38(2)(a). Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 apply.

Submission requirements:

• Original bid security (in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank of Pakistan) in a sealed envelope must be delivered to the Daak Section, Punjab Education Foundation, 52-L, Gulberg-III (near Kalma Chowk), Lahore by 02:00 PM on 2026-06-29. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Per reference SO (I & C) - I/5/4/2024, bid security & performance guarantee must be issued by Bank of the Punjab.
• Online bids must be submitted through E-PADS; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to E-PADS.
• Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the last date of submission at PEF office in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.
• Bid validity: minimum 120 days from the last date for submission.
• NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Taxes will be deducted as applicable.
