Walled City of Lahore Authority Rental Offer for Akbari Gate Hujras

The Walled City of Lahore Authority intends to activate the Akbari gate hujras at Lahore Fort by offering them for rent to artisans and entrepreneurs to revive traditional crafts and enhance visitor experience.

Eligibility

Interested Artisans, Entrepreneurs, or Organizations aiming to revive traditional crafts, promote cultural heritage, and enhance visitor experience. Applicants must provide CNIC copies, company NTN, and evidence of recent work in the relevant field.

How to Apply

Bid documents can be obtained from the undersigned for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- during office hours. Rental offerings should be submitted in a sealed envelope containing clearly mentioned financial and technical bids, along with a bid security of Rs. 20,000/- in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft in the name of Director General WCLA. The PPRA rule 'Single stage two envelop' bidding procedure will be adopted.

Companies/designers are required to develop/propose a design according to the heritage site. 3 months' rent should be paid in advance. Selection will be made on the basis of design as well as cost.
