The Assistant Director Police invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of ICT equipment including network, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment.
Eligibility
Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 10,000,000 in the previous 5 years, with a turnover of at least 6,200,000 PKR in the last 5 years. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, possess a Sales Tax Certificate, and not be blacklisted. Joint Ventures (JV) are not permissible.

Bids can only be submitted electronically by 04 May, 2026 till 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard on www.bppra.gob.pk. The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained and viewed electronically from the same website. It is mandatory for all bidders to be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA.GOB.

Notes
Tender Fee is 1,000 PKR. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.
