Pakistan Railways Sealed Bid Auction — Shops, Model Bazaar, Farms & Other Lots (Quetta Division)

Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids for auction of new and already constructed shops, car parking, marquee, agricultural land, fiber stalls, nursery, weigh bridge, cattle farms, godowns and a model bazar across Quetta Division. The bidding schedule runs in late June 2026 with individual lots auctioned on their respective dates.

• Auction period: Lots are scheduled between 2026-06-22 and 2026-06-30 (each lot opened at 11:00 hours on its respective date).
• Items: Shops, Model Bazaar, Cattle Farms, Agricultural Land, Marquee, Godown, Fiber Stalls, Weigh Bridge, Nursery and other railway-owned lots within Quetta Division.
• Participation fee and bid security: Vary by lot (participation fees shown from Rs.1,000; bid security amounts shown from approx. Rs.15,000 up to higher amounts depending on the lot). Exact fees/security are specified with each lot.
• Bid submission: Sealed bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Quetta; or as instructed in the auction documents.
• Venue: Auctions will be held at the specified Railway/Divisional offices and AEN/DS offices of the relevant locations in Quetta Division on the dates shown for each lot.

• Opening: Sealed bids will be opened in the presence of bidders on the announced dates and times. Unsuccessful bid securities will be returned as per the terms shown.
