Assistant Commissioner Mirpur Sakro announces Special Revision (Re-writing) of Land Records for Taluka Mirpur Sakro

Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Sakro announces the commencement of a special revision (re-writing) of land rights records under the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The action follows a decision of the Board of Revenue, Sindh taken at its full meeting dated 28-02-2025 and orders issued by the Board/Collector. The office has published the compiled list of khatedars (record-holders) for areas in Taluka Mirpur Sakro, showing owners' names, CNIC numbers, survey (khasra) numbers and measured areas; these records will be examined and authenticated under Sections 40 and 42 (and related provisions) of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967 and re-written into the official computerized record.

Landholders, neighbouring proprietors or any person having objections regarding ownership, survey numbers, area or any other matter shown in the published list must submit their written objections to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Sakro within 15 days of this notice. Objections will be dealt with under the statutory procedure and, after due verification, records will be corrected and certified by the designated First Grade Collector as per the Act.
