Tender: Supply & Installation of Air Conditioners for TEPA Office Building (LDA Lahore)

Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed/e-bids from contractors/firms registered on E-PADS with valid registration with FBR & PRA (active tax filer NTN and PNTN) for supply and installation of air conditioners for the TEPA office building. Bidding documents, terms and conditions and online submission are available on Punjab e-Procurement Portal and PPRA website.

Important details:

- Bidding is via Punjab e-Procurement (E-PADS) and PPRA portals. Download and upload of bidding documents must be done through the e-procurement system.

- Single stage single envelope procedure; bids must be submitted/uploaded on E-PADS on or before the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid security (earnest money) in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR valid as required must be uploaded/submitted as specified in the bidding documents.

- Firms must be registered on E-PADS and have valid registrations with FBR & PRA (active tax filer NTN and PNTN). Specialized code/qualification for HVAC works applies as per bidding documents.
