Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I.
Purpose: Electronic bids are invited on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis from well reputed, registered firms/consultants having valid registration in the relevant category for Project Code CE-10(v) for FY 2025-26 for horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works in Islamabad.
Key submission details:
- Submit bids online through EPDAS at http://eprocure.gov.pk as per Bidding Documents.
- Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR) in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copy of Bid Security shall be uploaded on EPDAS; original Bid Security must be provided in the office of Director (P&C-I), CDA before bid submission.
- Manual bids will not be entertained.
- Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-10 by 11:30 hrs. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorized representatives at the office of Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.
