Tender: Procurement of IT Equipment, Plant & Furniture — Government Special Education Centre, Wahga Town, Lahore

Issuer: Headmistress, Government Special Education Centre, Wahga Town, Lahore. Purpose: Sealed e-bids are invited for supply of I.T. equipment, other stores & stocks, plant & machinery, and furniture & fixtures under ADP scheme “Construction of Building of Government Special Education Centre Wahga Town, Lahore” (ADP 2025-26).

Submission method & deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADs portal (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) and will be received up to 11:00 AM on 2026-06-30. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Deputy Commissioner, Lahore. Bidders must follow PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulations.

Bid security & conditions: Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (in the shape of original CDR issued by any scheduled bank) is required. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.) in Pakistani Rupees. The Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure will be used.
