Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation, Sialkot. Procurement method: e-procurement via Punjab E-PROC (ePADS) in accordance with PPRA Punjab rules. Registered contractors/firms with Pakistan Engineering Council and valid PEC registration are eligible to participate. Bidding documents and detailed terms can be downloaded from the Punjab e-procurement website (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and obtained from the Office of the Municipal Corporation Sialkot.
Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on the closing date 2026-06-27 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A scanned copy of bid security/cash security (5% of estimated cost) must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original CDR/earnest money must be submitted to the Office of Municipal Corporation Sialkot before the closing time. Late/conditional bids will be rejected. Successful bidder will be required to provide performance guarantee as per clause 56 of PPRA rules and to execute the agreement on stamped papers as required.
Important conditions: Contractors must be registered with PEC (relevant category) and on the Punjab PPRA website. The authority may reject any or all bids prior to approval.
