Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad Tender for Repair & Maintenance Contracts (e-Bids)

Allied Hospital-I, Faisalabad invites online e-bids for repair and maintenance service contracts under single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure from manufacturers, sole agents, authorized agents of foreign principals or local distributors registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant registration and tax authorities.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the e-PADS portal.

- E-bids must be submitted online on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) on or before 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are encouraged to register on e-PADS to participate.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque. The original bid security must be submitted on or before the time of e-bid opening in addition to the soft copy uploaded on e-PADS.

- Submitted e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity: 180 days from bid opening date.

- Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and relevant Punjab procurement regulations.
