GCUF E-Tenders: Beautification & Solarization Works and New Bachelor Hostel Construction

Issuer: Project Director, Government College University (GCU), Faisalabad. Invitation for e-tendering (single-stage, two-envelope) for two construction/upgrade works. - Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. The procuring agency may reject all proposals or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Project Director (New Campus), GCU Faisalabad.

- Submission deadline (e-bids): 2026-06-30 (bids to be submitted on e-PADs not later than 10:00 AM; technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on e-PADs).

- Required attachments: power of attorney on e-stamp (if applicable), CNIC copy, valid PEC licence, and other documents as specified in bidding documents.
