Tender Notice: Procurement & Vendor Registration — Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore (Closing 2026-06-25)

Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS), Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites technical and financial bids through the E-PADS portal for procurement and vendor registration for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sole agents/importers and registered suppliers of medical devices, surgical disposables, implants, drugs and related items may participate according to the terms and conditions and registration requirements stated by PINS and Punjab Health / Medical Education authorities.

Submission method: Electronic bids via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and relevant registration on the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department portal (http://health.punjab.gov.pk). All bids must comply with applicable taxes and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and PPRA rules.

Important notes: Bidders must be registered and eligible under applicable rules; taxes and duties will be applicable as per government rules. Hard copies of financial instruments in addition to E-submission may be required as per the advertisement. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
