WASA Gujrat E-PAD Tenders: Hiring Diesel Generators & Prefabricated Container (Closing 2026-06-23)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujrat. Tender reference IPL-5891. Bidders/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (E-PAD) portal. Submit bids online via E-PAD and present required original documents as stated below.

Submission & opening: Submit bids on E-PAD (http://www.punjabprocurement.gov.pk / E-PAD portal) by 2026-06-23 at 12:30 PM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM by the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Deputy Director Engineering, WASA Gujrat. Upload earnest money (CDR) of 5% of estimated cost on E-PAD and deliver the original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening; failure to submit original CDR will result in disqualification. Valid PEC license must be submitted in the office of the undersigned and on E-PAD as required.

Important conditions: Submission of forged/fake information or documents (including CDRs/receipts) will lead to disqualification, blacklisting and further reporting to PPRA and PEC. If the lowest tendered amount is less than 5% of the approved estimate (DNIT), the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security within 15 days of notice. The procuring agency may reject any bid under PPRA Rule-35.
