Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat E-Tenders for Supplies 2026–27

Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat, invites electronic bids for framework contracts for the financial year 2026–27 from firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities.

Items will be purchased through open tender in accordance with the instructions of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore, and PPRA Rules 2014, as amended. Estimated prices are included in the bidding documents.

Procurement will be conducted electronically through E-Procurement under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and specifications may be downloaded before the closing date and time from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The documents are available immediately after publication in accordance with Rule 25(2), under Rule 25(1) on the PPRA website and through E-Procurement in accordance with sub-regulation 4 of the Punjab Procurement Regulation 2022.

Bids must be submitted only through https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Technical and financial offers, inclusive of all taxes and fully compliant with the bidding documents, must be uploaded online. The single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014, as amended, will apply, with both bids submitted through E-Procurement.

Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items for FY 2026–27. Failure to submit the required security will result in rejection. The security must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, and a scanned copy must be uploaded through E-Procurement in accordance with Rule 27 of PPRA.

Successful bidders must sign the contract and furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat.

All applicable federal and provincial taxes will apply, and quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. Bidders must carefully review the bidding documents and submit technical and financial proposals according to their instructions and prescribed forms. All terms and conditions in the bidding documents will apply; failure to comply will result in rejection.
