- Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab. Two attested copies of educational certificates/documents/testimonials (Matric, F.Sc & MBBS along with each year’s transcript), experience certificates (specialty house job/experience certificate), domicile, passport size two photographs, CNIC and valid registration from PMDC/PMC must be attached with the application.
- Government servants should apply through proper channel. Recruitment will follow the Recruitment Policy (2004) and Contract Appointment Policy (2004) where applicable.
- Original documents (certificates, domicile, computerized National Identity Card, House Job Certificate and PMDC etc.) must be produced at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the interview. The competent authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of posts advertised.
