PIEDMC Tender: Development & Rehabilitation of Tube Well No.08 at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore

Issuer: Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC), a company of the Government of Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for the development and rehabilitation of Tube Well No.08 at Sundar Industrial Estate, Sundar (Sundar–Raiwind Road), Lahore.

Eligibility: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes (e.g., C10, E11) and proven experience in similar works.

Bid Documents & Submission: Bidding will be conducted under the PPRA Rules, 2014, using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately, duly completed, signed and stamped, and submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement/E-Procurement portal (Punjab eProcure/EPA portal). Bid Security: Original bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order amounting to Rs. 284,117/- (2% of estimated cost) in favor of PIEDMC must be furnished as required; bids without the prescribed bid security will be rejected.

Deadline & Opening: Online bids must be submitted by 2026-06-24 up to 15:00. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:30 as per PPRA rules.
