Key requirements and instructions:
- Bidders must have a minimum of five (05) years' relevant experience in construction of sports complexes or relevant public/private sector organizations/institutes.
- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR (or GST authority where applicable), and hold relevant registrations with concerned taxation authorities.
- Detailed scope, BOQs, specifications and terms & conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of technically compliant bidders will be opened later as per procedure.
- Bidding documents (non-transferable) may be obtained from the Procurement Directorate upon submission of the specified fee during working hours. Bids must be uploaded/submitted via the stated e-procurement platform and physical requirements (original bid security, pay order, etc.) submitted as instructed.
- Late, incomplete, unsigned or conditional bids and bids without required bid security will be rejected. NUMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
