Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan. NHA invites participation in an Open Auction for OM&M contracts of toll plazas on National Highways and collection of toll (not yet guaranteed monthly revenue) for the period ending 30.06.2027.
Key instructions: Earnest money (bid security) in original shall be submitted as Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of “NHA Road Maintenance Account 1230-1” maintained with UBL RBF Sector G-9/1, Islamabad. Public sector entities may submit an original Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. Detailed terms, conditions and bidding documents can be downloaded from the NHA website. Prospective bidders (individuals, firms, companies) must meet the eligibility and documentary requirements specified in the auction documents.
Pre-Auction Meeting and Auction Date: Pre-Auction Meeting will be held on 2022-06-22 at 11:00 hours in the NHA Auditorium, Islamabad. The auction of listed Toll Plazas will be held on 2022-06-22 (venue: NHA Auditorium, Islamabad).
