Issuer: Office of the Chief Engineer Electricity Mirpur (AJK Electricity Department). Sealed bids (single stage, one envelope) are invited from WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC pre-qualified manufacturers registered with WAPDA/DISCOs/NGC and AJKED for supply of stores for the Mirpur region according to relevant WAPDA/NGC specifications (as amended).
Submission & Opening: Tenders must reach the Office of the Chief Engineer Electricity Mirpur by 2026-06-09 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
Bid document & fee: Bidding documents (with terms and conditions) can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs.7,000 each (cost of printing/providing the document) up to 2026-05-08 during office hours.
Bid security & format: Each bid/tender must be supported with a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or a Valid Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank for the amount specified against each item. Bank guarantee validity must not be less than 90 days from the date of bid/tender opening.
General conditions: Supplies must strictly follow relevant WAPDA/DISCO specifications (as amended). Rates should be exclusive of General Sales Tax and FCS Mirpur A.K. Conditional bids/tenders will not be entertained. Black-listed firms/companies/suppliers/distributors/contractors/bidders are prohibited from participation; bidders must furnish an affidavit/certificate stating they are not blacklisted.
