Punjab Building Department E-Tender Notice — Buildings Division Bhakkar (June 2026)

Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Bhakkar (Buildings Circle Sargodha) invites e-tenders from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors on PPRA e-procurement system for routine maintenance & repair (M&R) works for Higher Education and Agriculture departments in Bhakkar. Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and on the Punjab e-procurement website. Scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated price must be uploaded; original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening or the bidder will be declared non-responsive. Successful bidders shall furnish Performance Guarantee (10% of contract amount) in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days.

• Eligibility: Valid PEC registration in relevant category; registration on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal.
• Bid security: Scanned CDR @ 5% to be uploaded; submit original CDR before opening.
