SNGPL Tender Notice No. 26/2026 — Supply & Services Bids (Jul 2026)

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Competitive open bidding is invited from manufacturers/suppliers (international and local) for the supply of items listed below. Tenders close at 14:00 hours and will be publicly opened at 15:00 hours on the dates shown at Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Tender documents available for purchase from Accounts Section, Gas House (21-Kashmir Road, Lahore) up to 12:00 hours on the tender opening date on payment of the tender fee (non-refundable). Tender documents are also available at www.ppra.org.pk and www.sngpl.com.pk.

- Bids must be submitted on E-EPADS where applicable. For local tenders, bidders must also submit the original/duplicate set of the bid documents as required before the closing time/date.

- Mandatory documents for local manufacturers/suppliers: valid GST/Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax Certificates (copies to be provided with request for tender documents).

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) as mentioned in the tender documents.

- Tender opening: tenders close at 14:00 and will be opened at 15:00 on the dates shown above at Gas House, Lahore.
