Invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of development schemes for the year 2026, specifically the extension and improvement of Karezes in Killa Saifullah District.
Eligibility
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. They must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, have completed 1 similar assignment, have a turnover of at least 50,000,000 PKR in the last 3 years, be registered with PEC in category C-4 and above with specialized codes CE04(ii) and CE04(iii), and have a minimum Bank Credit Line of 50.0 million.
