Tender: Procurement of Medical Equipment for Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Rawalpindi.

PKLI & RC invites bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the procurement of medical equipment (un-quoted lot) for PKLI & RC Rawalpindi.

Submission and bid instructions:

• e-Bids must be submitted online through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) on or before the closing date/time. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated amount as specified in the bidding documents.
• Bids will be received and opened in accordance with the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure of PPRA-2014. The procuring agency is not responsible for failures to submit e-bids due to technical or internet issues on the bidder's side.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and full details from the relevant procurement portals (PPRA and e-PADS) as per PPRA rules.
