Office of the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites re-tenders through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) - single stage single envelope from approved contractors registered with the Irrigation Department and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA). Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year 2025-26 and meet the listed PEC category/eligibility for each package.
Key instructions: Upload bids (CDR's & rate or bid documents) and submit through EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before the system closing time. Bids without required uploaded documents will be treated as NON-RESPONSIVE. Bid security (2% earnest money) and stamp duty are required. Call deposit of scheduled banks is acceptable. Contractors must produce manufacturer authorization and other documents as stated in bidding documents. All bidders must be registered with KPPRA and follow KPPRA rules.
