Issuer: Asian Development Bank (ADB), Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM), Islamabad. ADB invites proposals for Building Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services including project management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and site supervision for building construction and fit-out works for the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission.

Services required	Client-side Project Management Consultancy (PMC) covering project management, QA/QC, site supervision, oversight, coordination and construction administration for building construction and fit-out works.
Scope & duration	Provision and implementation of consultancy services for the construction phase and the defects liability period.
Key eligibility highlights	Nationality from ADB eligible member countries. Must not be sanctioned or ineligible to transact with ADB or other multilateral development banks. Proof of legal existence: validly registered company for at least five (5) years in Pakistan OR a joint venture with a local company registered in Pakistan for at least five (5) years. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration/license for the required duration.
Submission & procurement notes	RFP documents and procurement are administered by ADB PRM. ADB will only accept proposals received through courier. ADB reserves the right to accept/reject any proposal and to amend the procurement process.
