Town Municipal Corporation Shah Latifabad Auction Notice – Collection Rights for 2026-27 (29 June 2026)

Issuer: Town Municipal Corporation (TMC), Shah Latifabad, Hyderabad. Purpose: Open auction for granting collection rights of specific taxes/fees for the fiscal year 2026-27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027).

Auction date & time: 2026-06-29 (Monday) at 12:00 Noon. Venue: Head Office (Ex-To I&S Office), Unit No. 9, Latifabad. If not held on the first date, the 2nd and 3rd calls are scheduled for 2026-06-30 and 2026-07-01 at the same time and venue.

Key terms and conditions:

1. Participants must deposit the 10% security via call deposit/pay order; higher bidders must pay the difference on the same day.

2. Non-refundable enlistment fee: Rs. 5,000 (cash).

3. Defaulters cannot participate.

4. Applicants must be registered with FBR/SRB (active NTN required) and provide three years' verified bank statements.

5. Successful bidders must pay Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax as per rules.

6. Eleven post-dated cheques (dated 5th of each month) must be provided.

7. Automatic cancellation applies if monthly installments/dues are missed after the 5th of the month.

8. The Chairman/Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 11(3) of the Rules, 2016.
