Contract period: Three (03) years (stated period from 2026-07-15 to 2029-07-14). Bids must be submitted electronically only via EPADS Version 2.0 — manual, physical or hardcopy bids are not accepted. Only bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (appearing on the Active Taxpayer List) are eligible to participate.

Important dates: E-auction will remain open until Monday, 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM; online opening/evaluation of bids same day at 03:30 PM.
