Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Attached Departments Complex near Treasury Office, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Bids are invited on ePAD system under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for various ROAD REPAIR / AOM&R packages. Bidders must be registered with the Revenue Authority (KPRA) and with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization for the year 2025-26.
Submission & procurement notes:
- Online submission via PKHA ePAD System (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Hard copies/physical originals of required documents (including original CDRs) must also be deposited at the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), PKHA, Attached Departments Complex, Peshawar. Bids not accompanied by original CDRs will be declared Non-Responsive.
- Interested bidders should consult PKHA website for bid documents (www.pkha.gov.pk). Performance guarantees and scheduled bank guarantees shall be in favor of the Managing Director PKHA, Peshawar.
