| Finance Director | Professional finance/accounting qualification (e.g., CA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting and accounts in large institutions. |
| Director Human Resources | MBA/MA or equivalent with specialization/experience in Human Resources; extensive HR management experience in healthcare or large organizations; knowledge of HRIS and modern HR practices preferred. |
| Chief Internal Audit | Professional audit/accounting qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant/CIMA/CIA or equivalent) with proven internal audit experience in major organizations. |
| Secretary, Board of Governors | Master’s degree in Management/Social Sciences or equivalent with relevant administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary healthcare institution. |
