Directorate of Technical Education Balochistan, Quetta invites applications on prescribed forms from local/domicile candidates of Balochistan for admission to three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) programmes (against 62 reserved seats) at the Construction Technology Training Institute, Islamabad for the 2026 session.

Eligibility & Merit Notes: Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in Matriculation. Additional weightage rules: 5% additional weightage for F.A./F.Sc. certificate holders (to be added in merit), and 20% extra marks for Hafiz-ul-Quran as per published criteria.
Documents required (copies): Matric certificate with DMC (2 copies); Local/Domicile certificate (2 copies); Character certificate (2 copies); recent passport-size photographs; registered envelopes (as specified); other supporting documents as applicable. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs.15/-) attested by a 1st Class Magistrate is required stating the candidate (or parent/guardian) holds only one Balochistan domicile and has not been previously selected on any reserved seat of Balochistan (original to be produced).
Fee & Application: Prescribed application form fee — Postal Order / payment of Rs.500/- (or cash as specified) for the application form. Prescribed forms and further details can be obtained from the Directorate of Technical Education Balochistan, Near Commerce College, Brewery Road, Quetta (Basement of Directorate Education Schools Building).
Submission Deadline: Applications complete in all respects must be submitted on or before 2026-07-15.
