GDA Tender: Coastal Protection Works at Palleri Kaur Causeway, Marine Drive Gwadar (Two Packages)

Issuer: Office of the Superintending Engineer (Roads), Gwadar Development Authority, Government of Balochistan.

Procurement & submission: Only electronic bids will be submitted. Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. It is mandatory for all bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan).

Eligibility & pre-qualification summary: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable; minimum turnover of PKR 34,996,084 in recent years as proof of financial capacity; bidder must have completed at least two previous assignments of similar nature; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 or above (relevant category and specialized code requirements as specified in the bidding documents).

Tender fee & security: Tender fee PKR 2,000 per package. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form and manner required (bank guarantee / call deposit from a scheduled bank) shall accompany the bid.

Tender documents & submission times: NIT and bidding documents are available electronically. Last date and time for submission: 2026-07-06 — Package/Serial #1 by 11:00 AM and Package/Serial #2 by 12:00 PM. Tender opening: same day — Serial #1 at 12:00 PM and Serial #2 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must ensure bid security is deposited as required before submission.
