GDA Tender TSE-25266100823: Construction of Tuff Tile Pavement on PCTL Street Link, Gwadar

Gwadar Development Authority (Office of the Executive Engineer Roads-III) invites sealed bids under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 for construction of tuff tile pavement on the PCTL Street link from Airport Road to Demirzy Services Road, Gwadar (Tender No. TSE-25266100823).

Eligibility & requirements: Presence on Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature; minimum turnover of PKR 13,053,600 (as stated); PEC registration C-6 or above (up to 25 million) with relevant specialized code CE01-(i) (Roads and Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structure).

Procurement & submission: Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in favor of the undersigned, from a scheduled bank. Tender documents available from the GDA office and BPPRA/GDA websites; tender documents fee PKR 2,000 to be deposited in GDA Accumulated Collection / Fund account (3002-0081-0083-6601) through Bank Al-Habib Ltd., Gwadar Branch.
