PID Islamabad Pre-Qualification: Mega & Mini Event Management Services (FY 2026-27)

Press Information Department (Ministry of Information & Broadcasting), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of experienced and well-established service providers for event management services on a need basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027 (w.e.f. 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Operational offices established in all major cities including Islamabad.
• Registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax.
• Registered with AGPR (active vendor number, IBAN and related details).
• Registered on PPRA's e-PADS 2.0 portal.

Submission Instructions & Fee:

• Documents and tender details are available at www.pid.gov.pk and via PPRA e-PADS.
• Proposals must be duly signed, stamped and submitted through e-PADS only; no hard copies will be accepted.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million) by Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad must accompany the proposal as specified.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-06-29.

Terms & Conditions:

• Blacklisted firms/bidders are not eligible to apply.
• Incomplete, partial or conditional applications will not be entertained. Late bids will be rejected.
• Payments will be processed by the Press Information Department upon submission of verified invoices and in accordance with AGPR/pre-audit procedures. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
• PID reserves the right to accept, reject or annul the pre-qualification process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules.
