Tender: Beautification of Road from Coastal Highway to Surbandan & Construction of Public Facilities, Gwadar (GDA)

GDA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following work on a percentage rate basis for the year 2026.

Key eligibility & requirements:

• Presence on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority required.
• Bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum turnover of PKR 9,368,464 in the last three consecutive financial years.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 or above (up to PKR 25 million) in the relevant category (roads, pavements, drainage & retaining structures).

Procurement procedure: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Tender documents: Can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads-I) on payment of PKR 2,000. Issue period: From publication date until 2026-07-07 during office hours on working days.
