Tender: Arrangements for Moharram-ul-Haram 2026 — Municipal Committee Sangla Hill

Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through the e-PAQS portal (https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on e-PAQS for the current financial year 2025-26. Firms must have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license of the respective category for 2025-26. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security in the shape of CDR/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sangla Hill is required. Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-PAQS website and can also be obtained from the Municipal Committee Sangla Hill office.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the procurement documents and submitted online via e-PAQS. A hard copy of the original CDR and the signed documents must also be submitted to the office before the closing date/time. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee amounting to 10% of the estimated cost. Bids will be opened in the office of the Municipal Committee Sangla Hill on the specified opening date/time; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
