Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must have three assignments of similar nature and complexity and a turnover of at least PKR 33,300,000 in the previous three years. The bidder must be on the Active Tax Payer List and hold a Sales Tax certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Local presence of a 3S dealership in Balochistan (sales, service, spare parts under one roof) with an attached authority letter is required. Bid security must be submitted as specified; failure to provide required bid security will render the bid non-responsive.
