ADB Pakistan Resident Mission: Tender for Building Construction Project Management, QA/QC and Site Supervision Services

Issuer: Asian Development Bank (ADB), Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM), Islamabad.

Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a firm or a joint venture to provide Building Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and site supervision for building construction and fit-out works for the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission.

Scope of Services: Project management, QA/QC, site supervision and related construction supervision duties throughout the construction stage, including coordination, inspection, certification and advisory services for all project stages from implementation through testing, commissioning, handover and closeout. The consultant will ensure completion of the construction contract, covering active construction supervision and final handover.

Eligibility and Procurement: National and international consulting firms are eligible to submit proposals. Joint ventures are permitted. Selection will follow ADB procedures (Quality- and Cost-Based Selection or as specified in the RFP). Proposals to be submitted in Pakistan Rupees (PKR).
