Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Head Quarter Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah invites sealed bids for framework contracts from eligible and registered firms/partners/proprietors for supply of items under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).

- Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot. Bidding will follow PPRA rules (2014, amended). Eligible bidders only.
- Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah during working hours and may also be downloaded from the PPRA website.
- Sealed bids must be delivered to the Office of the Medical Superintendent by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-09. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-09 at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ (MNS) Hospital Layyah.
