PIA Corrigendum: Invitation to Bids for Annual Procurement (Tender Ref. PC/FSD/10/2026)

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) — National Flag Carrier, Supply Chain Management (General Manager Procurement) issues a corrigendum and invites sealed bids on a single-stage two-sealed-envelope basis for annual procurement of consumables and food items for Karachi (KHI) station. Submission is electronic via the PPRA EPADS web portal; sealed envelopes and required original bid security instruments are also required as per tender rules.

How to obtain documents & submit bids: Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on PIA website (https://www.piac.com.pk/corporate/sales-procurement/tenders) and on the E-PADS PPRA portal (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered at the E-WEB portal of E-PADS PPRA to access documents and submit bids electronically.

Bids must be submitted electronically ONLY through the EPADS PPRA web portal; manual submission or submission without EPADS electronic bid is not allowed. Original bid security / earnest money instrument must be attached with the Technical Proposal and reference / pay order copy must be submitted via EPADS online submission prior to the tender closing date & time.
