Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A). P3A invites applications from qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals on a contract basis for senior positions in Islamabad.

| Head Technical / Head of Projects | Master’s degree or equivalent (minimum 17 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CA, ICMA, ACCA, CFA) are acceptable. | Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in areas such as corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience). Candidate’s age shall not exceed 62 years as on date of advertisement. |
| Associate Director, Project Review | At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering. Specialized qualifications (e.g., ACMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA) desirable. | Minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in fields such as public-private partnerships, corporate finance, investment advisory, management consulting, portfolio management and project finance; preferably with experience in multilateral, multinational, or public-sector organizations. Candidate’s age shall not exceed 55 years as on date of advertisement. |
