Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include development of branch business through growth in lending and deposits, supervising a branch network of 15–25 branches, credit and business policy execution, achieving loan disbursement and recovery targets, providing leadership for attainment of assigned targets, liaison with stakeholders (farmers, agriculture research institutes, suppliers of agricultural inputs and machinery), ensuring financial efficiency and profitability of branches, implementation of risk & compliance policies (including AML/CFT/KYC parameters), and review of branch operational performance.
