Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways – State Owned Enterprise. REDAMCO invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights on the Pakistan Railway network for a three (03) year period.

How to apply and key conditions:
- Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from REDAMCO’s office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com.
- Sealed bids for each product, clearly marked in the top-right corner as "Technical Bid & Financial Bid", must be submitted to the REDAMCO office. A non-refundable Bid Processing Fee of PKR 20,000 (in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR) payable in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd must accompany submissions.
- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted by 02:30 PM on 2026-07-08. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-08 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Procurement will be conducted through Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended). REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without incurring liability under PPRA Rules 2004.
- Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids.
