WAPDA MDO Mangla e-Bid Invitation for Roof Treatment and Boat Purchase

Issuer: Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Mangla Dam Organization (MDO). Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO Mangla invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms (category C-6 or above, with relevant specialization) and active taxpayers on FBR list.

How to apply: Bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available via the e-procurement platform (EPADS). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Deadline & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:30 hours on 2026-06-29. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours at the Committee Room, Project Office, Mangla Dam Organization, WAPDA Mangla.

Bid security & documentation: Bid security must be furnished as a CDR in favor of Resident Engineer (Civil), MDO, WAPDA Mangla; the bidder's name must be written on the CDR. A copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR must be submitted to the undersigned by the bid opening time (not later than 11:30 hours) or the bid security will not be accepted.

Eligibility & compliance: Bidders must be registered with PEC (appropriate category and specialization) and be active taxpayers with FBR. Bidders must comply with all PPRA rules and WAPDA tender conditions. WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
