Key submission details:
- Submit e-bids online on e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Bidders must be registered on e-PADS.
- Deadline for online submission: 2026-06-30 by 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM (in the office of the Medical Superintendent) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security: up to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted lot(s), to be provided with the Technical Proposal in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank as per Punjab government rules. Original bid security must be submitted as required before bid opening.
