Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat invites e-tenders from reputed contractors, firms or organizations for supply of goods and provision of services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Competitive bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Applicants may bid for one or more lots as listed below.

| 2 | Establishment and operation of Ramzan Bazaar. |
| 3 | Supply of food items during flood/monsoon season or other emergency events. |
| 4 | Repatriation of Afghan nationals. |
| 5 | Supply of event items and services (panaflex, tentage, generators, catering, transportation) for events (e.g., Kashmir Solidarity Day, national celebrations, black day, etc.). |
Key requirements and conditions:
- Bidding through PPRA e-Tendering System / ePADS (online). Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
- Firms/organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income & Sales Tax and possess an active taxpayer profile.
- Technical proposals must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items/services.
- On acceptance, the successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value in the prescribed form.
- Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding under PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
Submission & opening: Online submission deadline: 2026-06-22 not later than 12:00 PM. Online quoted rates will be announced on the same date at 12:30 PM. Bids submitted after the stated time or by manual means will be rejected.
